CARLO GAVAZZI固態(tài)繼電器的組成
CARLO GAVAZZI固態(tài)繼電器有三部分組成:輸入電路,隔離(耦合)和輸出電路。按輸入電壓的不同類別,輸入電路可分為直流輸入電路,交流輸入電路和交直流輸入電路三種。有些輸入控制電路還具有與TTL/CMOS兼容,正負(fù)邏輯控制和反相等功能。固態(tài)繼電器的輸入與輸出電路的隔離和耦合方式有光電耦合和變壓器耦合兩種。固態(tài)繼電器的輸出電路也可分為直流輸出電路,交流輸出電路和交直流輸出電路等形式。交流輸出時(shí),通常使用兩個(gè)可控硅或一個(gè)雙向可控硅,直流輸出時(shí)可使用雙極性器件或功率場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管。
